Approved vendors are non-refundable.
All vendors may have their logo put in the convention booklet. Please email it to GEOTL@GreatEscapeAdventures.com. This is a not-for-profit event, and all donated funds go toward the event.
Please bring your own tent, tables, and chairs (or rent them below). Outdoor sites do not have electric.
You will be provided an outdoor 12′ x 12′ location or an Indoor location for up to an 8 ft table in the Main Lodge if you are a tabletop game designer (space permitting). Please specify your choice in the notes section of your order.
Amenities such as tables, chairs, tents, etc are not provided unless ordered ahead.
